1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into binding contracts. You acknowledge that these terms represent a legal agreement between you and Travelebay. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not proceed with bookings or use our website. You may be asked to accept additional terms for specific services (e.g., hotel bookings, insurance, etc.), and those terms will supplement these core Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through official communication channels — namely our website, authorized representatives, or registered partners. Booking a package does not guarantee confirmation until payment is received and acknowledged. We accept various forms of payments such as credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and wallet payments, depending on availability. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment details provided are accurate and authorized. We reserve the right to cancel bookings for which payments are fraudulent, declined, incomplete, or suspicious in nature. Additionally, prices may be updated or revised based on availability, fluctuations in exchange rates, or changes in supplier pricing. Promotional offers or discounts are subject to terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness while accounting for logistical costs we incur. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled departure will be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting applicable service and processing charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will not be eligible for a refund due to pre-paid accommodations, transport, and arrangements. No refund will be provided in the case of no-shows, early checkouts, or unused services. All refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Some services (like flights, special events, or government permits) may be fully non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

4. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and permits, are valid and up to date. Entry requirements differ by country and can change at short notice. Travelebay will not be held liable for denied boarding, visa rejections, or denied entry into any country due to missing or invalid documentation. It's advisable to consult your embassy or consulate well in advance. In addition, it is your duty to remain informed about health regulations and safety advisories issued by official authorities.

5. Health, Safety & Insurance

Travelers must confirm they are medically fit to undertake trips, especially those that include adventure activities, long distances, or physically demanding elements. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, which covers trip cancellations, delays, baggage loss, accidents, illness, and emergencies. Travelebay is not liable for any expenses, damages, or losses caused due to health emergencies, personal accidents, or travel disruptions that occur during the trip.
